A Gemini and a twin, hence the site's name, twin-gemini. Alright the answer is, it is a "Personal Mobility Vehicle" (something similar to the Segway). Many of you were pretty close, it resembles a car a bit. Here is more info on the I-Unit, and this thing is made by Toyota.
