Dude, this will provide a lot of oppurtunities for a lot of people. I personally dont care about the status symbol of this for India, it will help improve a lot of industries. Starting from the hotel industry to better roads to better facilities. And new construction is going to improve the economy as so many industries would be involved again (steel, concrete, etc.).
